In the Fraser Valley this last week there has finally been our dose of snow for the Winter. As much as I absolutely hate to drive in the snow, I love to walk in it. I love the brisk smell of the snow as well as the crunch it makes while walking. There is something about a snowy forest that is one of the most magical experiences. This picture above is at Campbell Valley park which is a perfect location for a snowy walk because it is flat and the loop is only about 30 minutes long. Campbell valley regional park is a great place to go in any weather and also if you are short on time, but still want your nature fix. The snow really adds a magical touch to this time of year and an extra touch to the forests where I go to escape.
