This last while has been very stressful with moving and work so I have found my need for exploring and walks to be at an all time high in order to relieve my stress. It is hard to find time with long days work days and short light time hours to go for these walks so a close by gem that I have been relying on is Tynehead park. I like this park because it has both a forested trail by the hatchery with creeks as well as a separate section with a paved loop trail that takes about 40 minutes to complete. I enjoy doing both of these trails because they are short enough to do with a shortage of time, but are also scenic enough to help me escape my stress and anxiety for a bit. I am hoping with time and getting my routine back that I am able to get back into my writing and expand on some of my hobbies that I have left on the back burner. I know what I have to do, but now it’s time to get started.
